Justice would flow down like a river for Israel, for both offering sacrifices to God, but also following other Gods. God wants, no other Gods before him.

What are some false God’s or idols, that you have in you life, that might be a hindrance to your relationship with God? I can think of a few, but one stands out for me…………Television, in particular, baseball and football!!!!!!!!!!!! What about you?????

God wants you to speak to him, with a heart that seeks him, and wants to know him more. He does not want some ritualist repitition. He also wants you to know him. The Bible tells us all that we need to know about him. Meditate on his word and tell him what’s on your heart and the Holy Spirit will guide and teach you.

No matter what our circumstances, we are commanded to tell others, about our great God. He should be feared, by those who worship other God’s. God talks a lot about idols in the old testament. He hate them! Where do we put out trust? Is it in our money, our looks, our jobs, our children, our spouses? God says put it in him and we will be blessed. Can I get an Amen?
