The Gospel is truly liberating. In recognizing our sin, and Jesus taking that sin in our place, we have been pardoned by God. He never see our sin again. We are truly set free to serve him, and never have to worry, because even, in our failures, he is there beside us. Thank you Jesus.
and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”

Lord, may our hearts humbly bow before you, in persistent prayer. May we be alert, to the needs of others, so we might lift them up. Reveal yourself to us, through answered prayer, even though it may not be, what we wanted the outcome to be. May we always remember, that you care about us and love hearing our petitions.
Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with an attitude of thanksgiving;

Lord, this life is a marathon! Help us to run the race with endurance. Let us not lose site, of the hope we have, and the crown of life we will receive. Not because of what we have done, but what Jesus has done on the cross, and resurrection, and through his Holy Spirit, working in us. Thank you, Lord.
Blessed is a man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.

Lord, may our hearts be stirred up, knowing you have our backs, and you care deeply about us. We are your workmanship, created for good works, that we might give you glory.
God does not let anyone go, that has put his faith and trust in Jesus Christ! Both in the highs and lows, of this life, he will continue to perfect us, until we receive our final rewards, and perfect bodies in heaven. What more security could we ever want?
Lord, may we find solace in your word, and in your promises. May it give us hope, for this coming day, and what lies ahead. May it give us strength, to wait patiently on you. Fill us with your spirit today, that we might be a beacon, to point people to Jesus.
I wait for the Lord , my soul does wait, And in His word do I hope.
Psalms 130:5 NASB
It’s always a heart issue with God, isn’t it? Your heart has to be in the right place to find him. Its not so much in our own strength, but a humble submission to a Holy God, that draws us to him. Read the 2 verses before this and you will see the rest of the story, as an old radio announcer used to say.
You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.
Jeremiah 29:13 NASB
What motivates you to work?
Yesterday, I was asked this question. I didn’t use this verse, but quoted from Thessalonians about doing your work heartily as unto the Lord. It was a very young man who asked the question, and after being completely caught off guard, he said, that’s a great answer. The conversation didn’t go further, but I am hoping I get the job, and the Lord can use it for further discussion.
How are you doing with your sharing your faith? Please feel free to write me a note. Also if you are enjoying the blog, please feel free to share.
